Paul and I can highly recommend the new cafe and bijouterie that has opened in the village of Daglan. Take a walk down the main road and stop for hot or cold drinks, snacks or crêpes. Crêpes are served with a variety of fillings and next week there will be a different special filling every day. Delicious cakes and cookies which are all hand made from local ingredients, can be eaten at the café or to take home.
There is also a display of gorgeous porcelain hand made jewellery and objects that I am very tempted with, so light weight and very artistic. Plus works of art on the wall.

Events:-
Castelnaud: Spectacle Nocturne where you will be transported to 1590. July 10th to August 25. You need a reservation for the night show which starts at 8.30.
Also, at Castlenaud from July 9th to 25th August, every day except Sunday is the Medieval Show which starts at 11.30 am.
Marqueyssac: Candlelight Evenings every Thursday night through July and August, will be hosting various musical artists. Tickets are only available on line.
